1. Client provides:
- Character references
- Description
- Pose/expression requests
- Any important information or restrictions
2. I create a rough sketch for approval, which include composition, pose, and notes on shadows and lights.
3. Client may request up to 2 revisions during the rough-sketch phase, free of charge. Once the sketch is approved, no further layout/pose changes are accepted.
4. After sketch approval and 50% deposit received, I begin full work. Up to 2 additional free revisions are allowed during the cleaning sketch and grayscale phase only. Once color/rendering begins, no major changes are accepted. Revisions beyond the included amount are +10% each.
5. I provide progress updates during the rest of the progress.
6. Once finished, I will send a fully watermarked preview (watermark across the entire canvas) for the client to review.
7. After the remaining 50% payment is received, I send the final files through Google Drive or Gmail. A small watermark will remain in one corner of the final files — this cannot be removed by the client under any circumstances.ㅤ  rule 004  ㅤ : Final Output
> You will receive:
• High-resolution PNG/JPG files (small corner watermark included, non-removable)
• Transparent and non-transparent background versions (if applicable)
• Size options:
- A4
- Square
- Custom size depending on the commission> Files will be delivered through Google Drive or Gmail to maintain image quality.ㅤ  rule 005  ㅤ : Additional Charges
• Extra character: +60% of base price per additional character
• Background — simple (Character Illustration, Breakdown Sheet and Turnaround Sheet only, gradient, texture, minimal detail): +$8
• Complex outfit: +15–20% complexity fee (unchanged)> Extra character fees apply across both Main and Roblox artstyle, and only reserved to Character/Scene Illustration.

> You may:

✓ Print the artwork for personal use or as a gift.
✓ Share the artwork online with proper credit.
✓ Recommend my commission services to others.> You may not:
✗ Claim the artwork as your own.
✗ Remove my signature/watermark.
✗ Trace, copy, or heavily edit the artwork.
✗ Resell the artwork in any form.
✗ Use the artwork for commercial purposes without permission.
✗ Use the artwork for AI training, datasets, or AI-generated content.

ㅤ  rule 008  ㅤArtist’s Rights and Responsibilities
> I reserve the right to:
• Decline any commission request, with or without explanation.
• Refuse requests that make me uncomfortable or are outside my current abilities (see Do’s & Don’ts for specifics).
• Post finished artwork on my social media unless the client requests otherwise beforehand.> The client is responsible for:
• Providing clear references, descriptions, and important details about the commission.
• Communicating clearly about preferences, boundaries, and expectations.
• Making sure all character information (OC details, relationships, preferences, etc.) is provided before the commission begins to ensure a smooth process.ㅤ  rule 009  ㅤ : Payment and Deposit
• 50% deposit required after rough-sketch approval, before rendering begin. Remaining 50% due before final files are sent.
• Paypal/Ko-fi, USD only.ㅤ  rule 010   : Communication
• My timezone is GMT+7.
• If no response is received from the client within 7 days during the sketch or revision phase, the commission may be paused or the slot forfeited. The deposit is non-refundable in this case.
• If final payment is not received within 7 days of the watermarked preview being sent, the completed artwork will not be released and the slot will be closed. The deposit is non-refundable.ㅤ  rule 011  ㅤ :Turnaround Time

> Design/Model Sheet timelines apply to both Main and Roblox artstyle, though Roblox versions will likely land on the faster end of each range given the simpler shapes.> The timeline may vary depending on:
- Number of characters
- Character complexity
- Background details
- Personal schedule and commission queue
- Exam periods — during exam season, turnaround may be extended; clients will be notified in advance.ㅤ  rule 012  ㅤ : Cancellation and Refund
• Before sketch approval / deposit: Client may cancel at any time, free of charge. No payment is required until the sketch (layout, silhouette, pose, and lighting notes) is approved.
• After sketch approval + 50% deposit received: The commission is considered officially started. Refunds are no longer available at this stage.
• If the client wishes to cancel after this point, they may choose one of the following:
1. Cancel and receive the progress files at whatever stage I have reached at the time of cancellation (e.g. grayscale, flat color, or partial render), with no refund of the deposit. Files will be delivered in their current unfinished state and will be watermarked.
2. Continue the commission to completion, paying the remaining 50% upon delivery as normal.
• If I (the artist) am unable to complete the commission due to personal circumstances, a partial refund will be issued based on the amount of completed work.ㅤ  rule 013  ㅤ : Commercial Usages
• Personal use is included by default.
• Commercial usage (such as branding, products, advertisements, books, merchandise, etc.) requires additional permission and a separate fee.
